The trolley type shot blasting machine is designed to blast clean medium and large sized cast steel (iron) parts, forgings, plate welding parts, rotating on a trolley, to remove the surface of the workpiece sticky sand, rust, oxide, dirt, so that the surface of the workpiece showing metal color, eliminate the internal stress of the workpiece, improve the fatigue resistance of the workpiece, increase the paint film adhesion when the workpiece painting, and finally achieve the purpose of improving the surface and internal quality of the workpiece.

At the same time, there is a sand blasting system to carry out targeted supplementary cleaning of the workpiece.

It is mainly composed of shot blasting chamber, turbine, abrasive circulating purification system, sand blasting system, maintenance platform, shot supplement device, turntable trolley, dust removal system and electrical control system.

The trolley shot blasting machine normally works with the automatic switching-on, and the shot blasting time is set by means of a program. Parts are loaded to a rotating table on tip truck with lifting device (crane, lift truck), and transported into the blasting chamber by track on the ground. During shot blasting process, parts will rotated with the trolley table, and turbines are installed at different angles of the blasting chamber.
