1. Shot blasting system: The shot blasting system is one of the main system. Through the blasting flow formed by high speed rotation of impeller driven by motor to remove iron oxide from strip surface. Exact and automatic adjustment of all 4 blast wheels for a new strip programme permits full exploitation of the blast stream in the entire width range and results in high descaling performance and quality.
2. Abrasive removal system: The abrasive removal room are linked with shot blasting cabinet, a compressed air blower removes abrasive residue from the upper side of the strip after each blast cleaning process.
3. Abrasive recycling & pneumatic separation system: Abrasives cleaned by pneumatic separator returns back to the circulation system form a circulatory system and supplied with the new added abrasive. So, the operating mix and blast power are constantly maintained.
4. Dust extraction system: A large amount of dust will be produced in the whole shot blasting process. blast cleaning cabinet, abrasive removal cabinet and separators are connected with dust collection system.
Remark: The strip roll-out can be straight or run diagonally upwards, depending on the arrangement of the module groups and the subsequent pickling operation.

Applications
Xinke Steel Strip Shot Blasting Equipment is specifically designed to used in hot rolling annealing pickling process for carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel strips, the purpose of this design is to remove the oxide skin from the stripe surface.
The addition of its function can greatly improve the pickling efficiency, reduce acid consumption, by optimizing the amount of shot blasting machine, can obtain the best descaling efficiency and descaling effect.
