Steel pipe outer wall shot blasting machines are a fully automated system designed to remove rust and scale from steel pipes. It uses the high speed abrasives thrown by the high efficiency turbine to strike the oxide, rust and debris on the surface of the steel pipe to obtain a fine bright surface and make the workpiece show the metal color, and with a certain surface roughness, for its surface paint protection to increase adhesion, is conducive to improve the coating quality of the steel pipe, to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion, pipe protection, prolong the service life of the steel pipe.

The pipes is conveyed through the blast machine on a specially designed external skew roll/rubber wheel type material handling system.

The equipment is comprised of in-feeding roller conveyor/ skew-roll, shot blasting chamber, blasting turbine, abrasive recycle system, dust removing system, out-feeding roller conveyor/ skew-roll and electrical control system etc.
