Rotary table shot blasting machine is suitable for casting and forging and heat treatment workshops to clean flat, thin-walled, anti-collision parts surface of sticky sand oxide and other attachments. deburr and deflash parts in a totally self contained unit. The designed and built as fully integrated blast cleaning systems to handle larger and fragile castings. It can design as single table or double tables according to the production capacity requirement.

Rotary table shot blasting machine provides a cost effective solution for batch cleaning, corrosion removal, cosmetic finishing, deburring, deflashing, rust and heat scale removal, surface texturing a wide variety of products. 

Placed workpieces on the slowly rotating table, the workpieces are exposed to blast stream from the turbines located on the wall & ceiling of the machine housing.

Through shot blasting process, not only can remove the rust on the surface of the workpiece, clean up the rust and dirt on various workpieces, improve the surface quality of the workpiece.

At the same time, it can improve the fatigue fracture resistance of the processed workpiece, prevent fatigue failure, plastic deformation and brittle fracture, and improve the fatigue life of the treated workpiece.

    Applications

    Rotary table shot blasting machine is suitable for small and medium-sized casting, forging, welding parts, flat thin wall collision parts of the surface cleaning, especially suitable for gear, shaft, spring, tie rod sintered parts surface strengthening treatment. Such as forged or heat treated parts, ferrous and non-ferrous metal castings, ferrous and non-ferrous metal castings, die cast parts, etc.
