Pass through shot blasting machines are used in the casting industry, especially in the cast steel and cast iron industries.  In these industries, shot blasting machines are a very common consumer equipment, mainly used to clean the appearance of cast steel and cast iron, sand, scale and other impurities.  In the foundry industry, virtually all steel and cast iron parts are processed by shot blasting machines.  The purpose of this is not only to clean the outer impurities of the casting, but also to check the quality of the casting after the casting is completed.  Products with bad appearance can be stopped directly.

Each shot blasting wheels produce in Xinke must be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer, the experiment should last longer than an hour.  If the inspector finds a failure during the inspection, a new re-inspection will be carried out, all turbines cannot leave the factory until the quality and passing certificate are passed.

The dust removal system of the pass through type roller conveyor shot blasting machine adopts the pulse reverse blowing vertical filter dust collector, which is stronger than the traditional cloth bag type and the traditional inclined insert filter cartridge.  The vertical arrangement of the filter cartridge is convenient and fast (open the access door), and the disadvantages of the inclined insert arrangement and the dust of the upper filter cartridge falling to the lower filter cartridge lead to the unsatisfactory dust removal effect are overcome.

Tumble shot blasting machine is designed for the surface treatment of batches of parts, loaded manually or automatically by hydraulic skip loader. The belt is made of wear resistant rubber belts or steel belt conveyor. 

Appropriate loading and unloading devices can be used to integrate the shot blast machine into an existing production plant to create a continuous work flow.

During shot blasting, parts are evenly and continuously undergo shot removal by movement of the tumbling belt inside the blast chamber, regardless of size and shape. This is necessary for the effective and uniform treatment of all surfaces. 

According to the different type of parts, the final tumbling time can be regulated. The tightly sealed, leak-proof blast chamber minimizes shot consumption.
