Pass Through Shot Blasting Machine / Roller Conveyor Shot Blaster

Xinke offers a range of roller conveyor shot blasting machine from small simple machines to construction blasters, heavy duty machines and complete preservation lines.

It can be easily integrated into existing production lines.

The roller conveyor shot blasting machine is predominantly used to clean metal plates and profiles in a continuous through feed process. The size of the roller conveyor will be determined according to the size of the workpiece to be processed.

The roller pass shot blasting machine is easy to operate, just load the steel material onto the machine, press the start button, the workpieces pass through the shot blasting chamber on a roller conveyor. Depending on different workpiece, shot blasting is carried out with precisely positioned blast turbines. The blasting result is all-round, comprehensive, and always reproducible.

After a short cycle period, the system will automatically unload the treated material. The entire process is completed, and all dust and residual pellets are removed.

    Applications

    Roller conveyor shot blasting machines are suitable for the descaling, paint stripping, rust removal, roughening, and cleaning of work pieces such as sheet metal plates, profiles, sections, angles, beams, pipes, tubing and gas cylinders.
