The overhead rail shot blasting machine are designed to increase the performance of the hook type machines by keeping the turbines continuously running. It is particularly recommended for high output and in-line production and painting installations.

From the structural type, it can be generally divided into the continuous passing type, ordinary catenary step through type, stacking chain type and other categories.

The working principle is parts can run continuously with the suspension chain, step by step, or adopt advanced accumulation and push-type catenary to transport the parts. To achieve fixed station of loading, unloading and shot blasting process.

Parts are hung individually or suspended in clusters on several rotating hooks, distributed at a constant pitch on an overhead endless loop monorail system.

Once the parts entered and in position in the shot blasting chamber, the hook starts to rotate on its axis, exposing all the surface of the parts to the abrasive action from the turbines positioned on the side of the blast chamber.
