The core component of the turntable shot blasting machine is a rotating table, the workpiece is fixed or placed on the turntable, with its constant speed rotation. The high-speed shot blasting machine in the equipment will spray the steel shot or abrasive to the workpiece surface at a very high speed, and remove the rust layer, oxide, welding slag and other impurities through the impact force. After ejection, abrasives and impurities are separated and recycled through an automatic recovery system, ensuring high energy efficiency.

Steel pipe shot blasting machines are a fully automated system designed to remove rust and scale from steel pipes. The pipes is conveyed through the blast machine on a specially designed external skew roll/rubber wheel type material handling system.
