Mesh belt shot blasting machine can be used very flexibly and easily integrated into a continuous production line.

Xinke offers large shot blasting machines which allow high volume and complex parts to be shot blasted with no manual blasting. The parts are passed through the shot blaster on a wire mesh conveyor belt. The impurities such as oxide, welding slag and oil on the surface will be removed, and the surface will get a certain roughness, so as to achieve the surface treatment effect.

A highly wear-resistant wire mesh belt, with tension adjustment, provides the part transport. High volume of batches and fast consistent shot blasting can be achieved very easily.

Place workpieces on the conveyor belt, the shot blasting chamber is equipped with powerful turbines around the housing, while the turbines are rotating at high speed, which allows them to treat very complex components, especially workpiece with “pockets” or difficult to reach areas.
